People’s experience
People were mostly positive about the quality of their care and treatment. People told us they worked long hours and found the extended hours service to be their only practical way of accessing GP services. They said they especially benefitted from the provision of weekend appointments, although they were not always able to access appointments when they wanted. People told us that they felt involved in assessments of their needs and felt confident that staff understood their individual needs. As part of this assessment, we asked the service to encourage people to give feedback on their care to the CQC by sharing a link on their website, texting people and displaying posters throughout the practice. However, we only received feedback from 2 people.

Evidence, not a league table.
CQC findings and GP Patient Survey results answer different questions and may cover different time periods. Neither confirms current appointment availability, NHS acceptance, opening hours or whether a provider is suitable for you.
Check the provider’s own website and the complete official CQC record before making a decision. If you need urgent medical help, use NHS 111 or call 999 in an emergency.
