People’s experience
People were positive about the quality of their care and treatment. Recent survey results, including from the 2025 National GP Patient Survey and the NHS Friends and Family Test, showed people were satisfied with services. For example, 80% of patients who responded to the National GP Patient Survey described their overall experience of the GP practice as good compared to a local average of 77% and a national average of 75%. In addition, 91.8% of patients who completed NHS Friends and Family Test feedback in the previous 12 months rated their experience of the practice as very good or good. Over the previous 12 months CQC had not received any negative comments or concerns from patients regarding their care and treatment. We received 1 piece of positive feedback from a patient regarding the cleanliness of the practice, the friendliness of staff, and the timeliness and thoroughness of their consultation. At the time of our assessment the service had a patient participation group (PPG) in place, but the activity of the group was acknowledged by the provider as being limited.

Evidence, not a league table.
CQC findings and GP Patient Survey results answer different questions and may cover different time periods. Neither confirms current appointment availability, NHS acceptance, opening hours or whether a provider is suitable for you.
Check the provider’s own website and the complete official CQC record before making a decision. If you need urgent medical help, use NHS 111 or call 999 in an emergency.
Independent lookup: Check My GP is not affiliated with the CQC, NHS or this provider. Providers cannot pay to change their rating or position. CQC data is reused under the Open Government Licence; GP Patient Survey results are published by NHS England and Ipsos.
