People’s experience
Two weeks before our inspection, we asked the practice to encourage patients to share their views of the service with us. We received feedback from 15 patients. Patient feedback provided a positive view of the dental team and care provided by the practice. Comments included, “Excellent team, professional staff. They made my treatment journey smooth and comfortable. Very pleased with the service.” And “Great experience at Swedish Smile Clinic! The staff were friendly, professional, and made me feel completely at ease. Excellent care and a very welcoming environment—highly recommend.” Patients commented positively about the standards of cleanliness. One patient told us, “Very polite and helpful. Explained everything in detail. Very professional. Clinic very clean and to high standards.” Patients felt able to book appointments within an acceptable timescale for their needs and said they had enough time during their appointment without feeling rushed. “I called early in the morning for an emergency appointment, and they were able to give me same day. They were very nice and helpful! Highly recommended.” Patients told us they were given clear information to help them make an informed choice about their treatment and any associated costs. They were involved in decisions about their care. One patient told us, “The dentist was highly professional and took time to explain the procedure clearly before starting. They outlined what would be done, why it was necessary, and what I should expect. This helped reduce any anxiety and made the whole process easier to understand. During the treatment, the dentist worked carefully and checked regularly if I was comfortable. The dental assistant was also attentive and supportive, ensuring everything ran smoothly throughout the appointment.” The practice shared patient feedback with the team. We were told this was reviewed and where suggestions had been made, appropriate action would be taken.

Evidence, not a league table.
CQC findings and GP Patient Survey results answer different questions and may cover different time periods. Neither confirms current appointment availability, NHS acceptance, opening hours or whether a provider is suitable for you.
Check the provider’s own website and the complete official CQC record before making a decision. If you need urgent medical help, use NHS 111 or call 999 in an emergency.
