The service is performing well and meeting our expectations.

People’s experience

People were positive about the quality of their care and treatment. Recent survey results, including from the National GP Patient Survey and the NHS Friends and Family Test, showed people were satisfied with services. There was a patient participation group (PPG) who represented the views of people using the service. Recent feedback showed people welcomed support to understand the new triage system and how it would improve access while ensuring people continued to receive appropriate support. People were very complimentary about the service and referred to timely appointments and helpful, polite staff.
