People’s experience
Prior to our inspection, we asked the practice to encourage patients to share their views of the service with us. We received feedback from 13 patients. On the day of our inspection, we saw patient feedback from a further 75 patients, who had left online reviews. Patient feedback provided a positive view of the dental team and care provided by the practice. Comments included: “Always extremely friendly and professional. Good advice given when speaking about my children's teeth. Prompt, efficient and helpful service” “Great service, friendly staff, always caring and kind. I've been at Corra Linn for 2 years now and I'm very happy with the care provided” “My dentist is an incredible dentist. He is kind and compassionate and a great practitioner. The receptionists are very professional and accommodating. I have never had an issue with timely appointments. Gives concise advice and is friendly and professional too. Outstanding on all fronts” “My dentist is the reason I come to this dental practice. He has been our family dentist for many years and his professionalism yet calming approach is priceless.” Patients commented positively about the standards of cleanliness. Patients felt able to book appointments within an acceptable timescale for their needs and said they had enough time during their appointment without feeling rushed. Patients told us they were given clear information to help them make an informed choice about their treatment and any associated costs. They were involved in decisions about their care. Patients told us that when they were prescribed medicines, sufficient information was given. Patients told us that they were supported to maintain their oral health and were provided with appropriate information and resources. The practice shared patient feedback with the team. We were told this was reviewed and where suggestions had been made, appropriate action would be taken.
