People’s experience
Prior to our inspection, we asked the practice to encourage patients to share their views of the service with us. We received feedback from 23 patients. On the day of our inspection, we saw patient feedback from a further 52 patients, who had left online reviews. Patient feedback provided a positive view of the dental team and care provided by the practice. Comments included: “Couldn't recommend enough. Been going to this dentist for a few years for regular checkups after having composite bonding done. No problems whatsoever and even receive a phone call after any appointment to check i'm all good.” “One of the best dentists around. Always make me feel at ease and have helped with many problems with my teeth over the years. Imran has made my dentist experience so much better than it used to be. I no longer feel scared going to the dentist.” “Amazing experience from start to finish. [the dentist] was very clear in how he wanted the procedure to go and worked with me to achieve the look I wanted with my teeth. Aftercare and follow ups have been amazing from both [the dentist] and his team. I have recommended this clinic lots to my friends/ family/ clients and I will definitely be returning if I need any more dental work in the future.” Patients commented positively about the standards of cleanliness. Patients felt able to book appointments within an acceptable timescale for their needs and said they had enough time during their appointment without feeling rushed. Patients told us they were given clear information to help them make an informed choice about their treatment and any associated costs. They were involved in decisions about their care. Patients said when they were prescribed medicines, sufficient information was given. Patients told us that they were supported to maintain their oral health and were provided with appropriate information and resources. The practice shared patient feedback with the team. We were told this was reviewed and where suggestions had been made, appropriate action would be taken.
