People’s experience
On the day of our visit, we asked the practice to encourage patients to share their views of the service with us. We received feedback from 5 patients. We also reviewed feedback from 9 patients which was collected by the practice from August 2025 to November 2025. Patient feedback provided a positive view of the dental team and care provided by the practice. Comments included, “It was nice and quick.” “Excellent service from [my dentist] and his team. They all made sure I am at ease and relaxed. Very kind and gentle, very patient and understanding of a nervous patient. Thank you so much, five-star rating! Highly recommended!” “Very efficient and pain free double extraction of my teeth. Introductory explanations, followed by step-by-step commentary.” “All the staff I have dealt with were friendly, understanding and all around amazing with me and would definitely recommend.” “Brilliant dentist, best I have been to by far. Explained everything really well, couldn’t have been happier with outcome of my visit. Very polite and friendly staff. Would only ever go back here in future for anything I need doing.” “Excellent.” Patients commented positively about the standards of cleanliness. Patients felt able to book appointments within an acceptable timescale for their needs and said they had enough time during their appointment without feeling rushed. “Fabulous service. I was quite a nervous patient and the time, care and consideration was taken. 5 stars isn’t enough. I would highly recommend.” Patients told us they were given clear information to help them make an informed choice about their treatment and any associated costs. They were involved in decisions about their care. “[My dentist] is a lovely dentist, very caring and informative. Explained everything very well. Excellent dentist, would definitely recommend.” Patients said when they were prescribed medicines, sufficient information was given. Patients told us that they were supported to maintain their oral health and were provided with appropriate information and resources. The practice shared patient feedback with the team. We were told this was reviewed and where suggestions had been made, appropriate action would be taken.
