People’s experience
People were positive about the quality of their care and treatment. Recent survey results, including from the National GP Patient Survey and the NHS Friends and Family Test, showed people were satisfied with services. In the 2024 National GP Patient Survey, 71.3% of respondents reported a positive overall experience of their GP practice, which was similar to the national average of 73.9%. Additionally, 90.9% of respondents said the healthcare professional was very good or fairly good at listening to them during their last appointment. This was above the national average of 86.7%. Results from the NHS Friends and Family Test indicated a good level of patient satisfaction with the overall experience of care. Between February and April 2025, a total of 550 responses were received. Of those who responded, 97% rated their experience as “very good” or “good” in February, 95% in March, and 96% in April. The practice did not have an active Patient Participation Group (PPG) at the time of the assessment. Efforts had been made to re-establish engagement with patients. An event was held 2 June 2025, with a guest speaker who talked about sun protection and moisturising creams. The Practice Manager told us the event was well received. The practice also planned to invite other guest speakers for future sessions, including a mental health support worker and a health coach to offer mini health checks. This formed part of the practice’s approach to developing patient involvement.

Evidence, not a league table.
CQC findings and GP Patient Survey results answer different questions and may cover different time periods. Neither confirms current appointment availability, NHS acceptance, opening hours or whether a provider is suitable for you.
Check the provider’s own website and the complete official CQC record before making a decision. If you need urgent medical help, use NHS 111 or call 999 in an emergency.
