People’s experience
Most people we spoke with were attending HCL services for the first time and did not have strong views. However, people with more experience were happy with the quality of their care and treatment across the services we assessed. People were positive about not having to wait too long for an appointment at the diagnostic clinics. People attending the access hubs told us that they were reassured to have rapid access to a health professional. Recent survey results from the NHS Friends and Family Test also showed people were satisfied with HCL services. HCL had a remit to develop a cross-Westminster primary care patient participation group (PPG). We spoke with representatives from this PPG who understood the role of HCL and described recent initiatives they had discussed. One member told us they were enthusiastic about transferring ideas about how to engage people back to their own practice PPG. Another member was positive about HCL although they felt there was more the service could do to share detailed feedback gathered from people across Westminster with practice-level PPGs.
GP Patient Survey 2026
What registered patients reported
Practice-level results will appear when an ODS match is available.
No 2026 practice-level survey result is matched to this record yet. This can happen for non-GP services, closed or newly registered practices, or records without a matching NHS organisation code.
Survey percentages are weighted official statistics and describe the people who responded; they are not a Check My GP score or ranking. Results based on small numbers may be suppressed by the survey publisher.

Evidence, not a league table.
CQC findings and GP Patient Survey results answer different questions and may cover different time periods. Neither confirms current appointment availability, NHS acceptance, opening hours or whether a provider is suitable for you.
Check the provider’s own website and the complete official CQC record before making a decision. If you need urgent medical help, use NHS 111 or call 999 in an emergency.
Independent lookup: Check My GP is not affiliated with the CQC, NHS or this provider. Providers cannot pay to change their rating or position. CQC data is reused under the Open Government Licence; GP Patient Survey results are published by NHS England and Ipsos.
