What CQC reported

The service is performing well and meeting our expectations.

People’s experience

People were positive about the quality of their care and treatment. Recent results from the National GP Patient Survey (GPPS) 2024 and the NHS Friends and Family Test (FFT), showed people were satisfied with services. The service scored higher than national averages for confidence and trust in the clinician they saw, being involved in decisions made about their care, contacting the service by telephone and their overall experience of the service. There was an active patient participation group (PPG) who represented the views of people using the service. For example, conducting surveys in response to the national GPPS and making recommendations to the service for improvements. For example, access to minor injury services, parking at the site, continuity of care and appointment system communications to people using the service.

Evidence, not a league table.

CQC findings and GP Patient Survey results answer different questions and may cover different time periods. Neither confirms current appointment availability, NHS acceptance, opening hours or whether a provider is suitable for you.

Check the provider’s own website and the complete official CQC record before making a decision. If you need urgent medical help, use NHS 111 or call 999 in an emergency.
