People’s experience
Two weeks before our on-site assessment, we asked the practice to encourage patients to share their views of the service with us. We did not receive any direct patient feedback. We saw patient feedback collected by the practice for December 2024 and January 2025. Of the 125 responses they received, 98% scored the service as good or very good. Comments included, “friendly and professional”, “excellent service as always”, “always seen on time, practice is very clean, I have been a patient for many years and I am always happy with my treatment”, “always a professional service. I called with an issue and was seen on the same day. Excellent service as always”. The practice shared patient feedback with the team. We were told this was reviewed and where suggestions had been made, appropriate action would be taken.
