People’s experience
The provider actively encouraged and used feedback from people using the service to make improvements. The feedback we reviewed showed that patient experiences were positive. Results from the National GP Patient Survey were mostly better than local and national averages, particularly around access to appointments. Once patients secured an appointment, their satisfaction increased. Survey responses indicated that patients felt listened to, treated with care and concern, involved in decisions about their care, and had confidence in the healthcare professionals. More recent feedback from the NHS Friends and Family Test was very positive, with 96% of respondents saying they would recommend the practice. The Patient Participation Group (PPG) specific to the practice was small but was used to give patients and the practice the opportunity to meet and discuss topics of mutual interest about the practice. It also gave patients the opportunity to become more involved and make suggestions about the healthcare they received. Significant improvements to car parking and the exterior of the premises had been made because of input from the PPG.

Evidence, not a league table.
CQC findings and GP Patient Survey results answer different questions and may cover different time periods. Neither confirms current appointment availability, NHS acceptance, opening hours or whether a provider is suitable for you.
Check the provider’s own website and the complete official CQC record before making a decision. If you need urgent medical help, use NHS 111 or call 999 in an emergency.
Independent lookup: Check My GP is not affiliated with the CQC, NHS or this provider. Providers cannot pay to change their rating or position. CQC data is reused under the Open Government Licence; GP Patient Survey results are published by NHS England and Ipsos.
