People’s experience

Two weeks before our inspection, we asked the practice to encourage patients to share their views of the service with us. We received feedback provided by the practice and online reviews. Patient feedback provided a positive view of the dental team and care provided by the practice. Patients commented on the professionalism of the staff team and said the receptionists were welcoming and friendly. Patients said that the staff team made them feel like individuals and they were treated with kindness. Reviews included positive comments about how anxious patients and children were made to feel comfortable and at ease during their visits. A number of patients commented on the excellent service and treatment they received. Patients commented positively about the standards of cleanliness and the premises. Patients said that the practice offered quick appointments. They said they did not feel rushed during treatments.   Patients told us they were given clear information to help them make an informed choice about their treatment and any associated costs. They were involved in decisions about their care. Patients said when they were prescribed medicines, sufficient information was given. The practice shared patient feedback with the team. We were told this was reviewed and where suggestions had been made, appropriate action would be taken.

Evidence, not a league table.

CQC findings and GP Patient Survey results answer different questions and may cover different time periods. Neither confirms current appointment availability, NHS acceptance, opening hours or whether a provider is suitable for you.

Check the provider’s own website and the complete official CQC record before making a decision. If you need urgent medical help, use NHS 111 or call 999 in an emergency.
