Ongoing Assessment for Regent Street Clinic

Assessment dated 22 July 2025. Published 8 May 2026.

What CQC reported

The service is not performing as well as it should and we have told the service how it must improve.

People’s experience

We received concerns from patients who had used the service prior to the assessment regarding their experience at the clinics. People told us care, treatment and costs were not explained clearly to them, and complaints were not always addressed. We did not speak to patients visiting the clinics during our assessment. We found people’s experience had improved with the expansion of the management team who managed complaints and feedback. People who experienced negative experiences were proactively engaged with to resolve their concerns.

GP Patient Survey 2026

What registered patients reported

Practice-level results will appear when an ODS match is available.

No 2026 practice-level survey result is matched to this record yet. This can happen for non-GP services, closed or newly registered practices, or records without a matching NHS organisation code.

Survey percentages are weighted official statistics and describe the people who responded; they are not a Check My GP score or ranking. Results based on small numbers may be suppressed by the survey publisher.

Evidence, not a league table.

CQC findings and GP Patient Survey results answer different questions and may cover different time periods. Neither confirms current appointment availability, NHS acceptance, opening hours or whether a provider is suitable for you.

Check the provider’s own website and the complete official CQC record before making a decision. If you need urgent medical help, use NHS 111 or call 999 in an emergency.

Independent lookup: Check My GP is not affiliated with the CQC, NHS or this provider. Providers cannot pay to change their rating or position. CQC data is reused under the Open Government Licence; GP Patient Survey results are published by NHS England and Ipsos.
