The service is performing exceptionally well.
People’s experience
People were positive about the quality of their care and treatment. Recent survey results, including from the National GP Patient Survey (2025) and the NHS Friends and Family Test, showed people were satisfied with services. For example, 78% of patients who responded to the National GP Patient Survey described their overall experience of this practice as good (National average 69%). In addition, 89% of patients who completed the NHS Friends and Family Test in October 2025 rated their experience of the practice as good or very good. We heard positive feedback via the provider website from users of the service who had been supported by Bevan Community Benefit Society to become Smart Health Inclusion Peer Advocates. They spoke about how this work had given hope, support, opportunity and access to training. The provider had created Bevan Voices, a dedicated platform for people to share stories and experiences through various mediums such as art, writing and digital story telling.
