The service is performing well and meeting our expectations.
People’s experience
People provided positive feedback about the quality of their experience of using CLNQ Deansgate Square. We received feedback about care and treatment from six people who used the service. All gave positive comments about their experiences. People stated they felt comfortable with the staff; those who identified as regular customers said they were happy to recommend the service to others and people felt listened to. People explained that information about after care was easy to understand and reassuring. People also said staff were knowledgeable and friendly. Leaders provided evidence of feedback they had collected. This feedback was predominantly positive in all areas concerning aptitude and attitude of staff. We saw that action was taken in response to feedback, ensuring improvements were made if necessary.
