The service is performing well and meeting our expectations.

People’s experience

People were positive about the quality of their care and treatment from Primary Eyecare Services Ltd. The service uses both the NHS Friends and Family Test (FFT) and Google reviews to measure patient view of the service. The FFT showed that over 96% of respondents would recommend the service to their friends and family. Similarly Google reviews reviews showed high levels of patient satisfaction, with a score of 4.8/5.0 received from 709 reviews. People identified individual staff members, in various roles as being, excellent at their jobs, having behaved kindly towards them and as being diligent in carrying out their tasks.
