People’s experience

Two weeks before our inspection, we asked the practice to encourage patients to share their views of the service with us. We did not receive any direct feedback. We reviewed patient feedback gathered by the practice, and online reviews. Patient feedback provided a generally positive view of the dental team and care provided by the practice. Many patients said they would recommend the practice to family and friends. Patients commented that the staff team were kind, professional and helpful. They commented that they were very satisfied with the care and treatment they received. Patients said that they could access appointments easily. Patients said they had enough time during their appointment without feeling rushed.   Patients said they were given clear information to help them make an informed choice about their treatment and any associated costs. They were involved in decisions about their care.   Some patients commented that they were not happy with the time taken to complete aligner treatments and lack of effective communication.

The practice shared patient feedback with the team. We were told this was reviewed and where suggestions had been made, appropriate action would be taken.

Evidence, not a league table.

CQC findings and GP Patient Survey results answer different questions and may cover different time periods. Neither confirms current appointment availability, NHS acceptance, opening hours or whether a provider is suitable for you.

Check the provider’s own website and the complete official CQC record before making a decision. If you need urgent medical help, use NHS 111 or call 999 in an emergency.

Independent lookup: Check My GP is not affiliated with the CQC, NHS or this provider. Providers cannot pay to change their rating or position. CQC data is reused under the Open Government Licence; GP Patient Survey results are published by NHS England and Ipsos.
