People’s experience
People were positive about the quality of their care and treatment. Results from the National GP Patient Survey (2025) demonstrated that the practice was performing above national averages in all areas, with the exception of choice of location. For outcomes relating to the GP practice, we noted that 80% found it easy to get through to the practice by phone (local average 51%, national average 53%), 95% found the reception and administrative team at the practice helpful (local average 84%, national average 83%) and 69% reported they could usually get to see or speak to their preferred healthcare professional (local average 38% and national average 40%). When responding to a question regarding overall experience of the practice, 91% described this as good (local average 77% and national average 75%). As part of this assessment, we invited patients to share their experience of the service they received via the Give Feedback on Care form on the Care Quality Commission’s website. We received 21 responses from patients which all contained positive feedback. Patients commented on staff at the practice being caring, friendly and helpful. They felt listened to by staff and felt they were able to access services to meet their needs.

Evidence, not a league table.
CQC findings and GP Patient Survey results answer different questions and may cover different time periods. Neither confirms current appointment availability, NHS acceptance, opening hours or whether a provider is suitable for you.
Check the provider’s own website and the complete official CQC record before making a decision. If you need urgent medical help, use NHS 111 or call 999 in an emergency.
