The service is performing well and meeting our expectations.
People’s experience
People were positive about the quality of their care and treatment. Recent survey results, including from the National GP Patient Survey and the NHS Friends and Family Test, showed people were satisfied with the quality of services. The practice had an active patient participation group (PPG), a group of people who represented the views of people using the service. Representatives from the PPG described how managers made positive changes because of their feedback, such as creating a quiet waiting area for neurodiverse people and appointing a designated administrative staff member to update the practice’s social media and website to improve communication with people.
