The service is performing well and meeting our expectations.
People’s experience
Feedback we received from people using the service was mostly positive. People felt cared for, listened to and included by staff at the practice. People told us they had chosen not to leave the area so they could stay with this service as staff were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The practice had a Patient Participation Group (PPG) who worked with the practice to ensure the patients view was considered in decision making. In the National GP Patient Survey, 91% of patients who responded described their overall experience at the practice as good. This was well above the national average of 69%.
