People’s experience
Two weeks before our inspection, we asked the practice to encourage patients to share their views of the service with us. We received feedback from 23 patients. Patient feedback provided a positive view of the dental team and care provided by the practice. Comments included: "I have been a patient here for a long time, never had any issues, amazing staff in all areas. Very well looked after, feel very comfortable, make you feel at ease within the practice". "I have been coming here for 27 years. I have moved away but will only ever come to this practise. I bring my daughter and she enjoys going. Thank you". Patients commented positively about the standards of cleanliness. "Excellent dentist and lovely staff. Everywhere is beautifully decorated and clean. More than happy to be a patient here". Patients felt able to book appointments within an acceptable timescale for their needs and said they had enough time during their appointment without feeling rushed. "Really good with my disability!". Patients told us they were given clear information to help them make an informed choice about their treatment and any associated costs. They were involved in decisions about their care. "Both my husband and I have always been treated with understanding and respect and we have been very happy with the treatment we've received". Patients said when they were prescribed medicines, sufficient information was given. Patients told us that they were supported to maintain their oral health and were provided with appropriate information and resources. The practice shared patient feedback with the team. We were told this was reviewed and where suggestions had been made, appropriate action would be taken. "Good practice, I don't have an email so they printed information for me which was helpful". "Overall an excellent practice for dental care and treatment: simply the best!".

Evidence, not a league table.
CQC findings and GP Patient Survey results answer different questions and may cover different time periods. Neither confirms current appointment availability, NHS acceptance, opening hours or whether a provider is suitable for you.
Check the provider’s own website and the complete official CQC record before making a decision. If you need urgent medical help, use NHS 111 or call 999 in an emergency.
