People’s experience
As part of the assessment process, we asked the provider to invite patients to share their experience of the service via the Care Quality Commission’s Give Feedback on Care process. We received 131 responses, all of which were positive about the care received. Responses included comments about staff being caring, helpful, easily accessible, and taking the time to listen and explain things to them clearly. Although the service did not routinely request feedback from patients, they told us they often received verbal and written comments about the service. The provider told us they had never received a formal complaint.
