People’s experience
The provider had clear information on our Give Feedback on Care (GFC) process as an alert on their website and around the practice. We reviewed people’s feedback from GFC, Healthwatch Suffolk and the NHS website. Feedback was positive regarding helpful and friendly reception staff and the clinical care and treatment provided. The majority of feedback was positive regarding access to appointments. Recent survey results, including from the NHS Friends and Family Test, showed 74% of people rated their overall experience of the service as very good. The National GP Patient Survey showed people were satisfied with the access and experience provided by the practice. There was a Patient Participation Group (PPG) who represented the views of people who used the service. We spoke to representatives from the PPG who gave positive feedback about the engagement of practice leaders. An example of change following people’s feedback, was practice leaders working more closely with the PPG in agreeing and reviewing the content of PPG newsletters and content shared on social media.

Evidence, not a league table.
CQC findings and GP Patient Survey results answer different questions and may cover different time periods. Neither confirms current appointment availability, NHS acceptance, opening hours or whether a provider is suitable for you.
Check the provider’s own website and the complete official CQC record before making a decision. If you need urgent medical help, use NHS 111 or call 999 in an emergency.
Independent lookup: Check My GP is not affiliated with the CQC, NHS or this provider. Providers cannot pay to change their rating or position. CQC data is reused under the Open Government Licence; GP Patient Survey results are published by NHS England and Ipsos.
