People’s experience
Feedback we reviewed during this assessment showed that patient’s experience of the practice was largely positive.Feedback from the National GP Patient Survey and the NHS Friends and Family Test, showed that patients were positive about the overall experience of the GP practice but there was some negative feedback about attitudes and helpfulness of reception staff. The National GP Patient Survey (GPPS) carried out from January to March 2024 showed that patient satisfaction was generally equal to national averages for most questions. The same was true of the survey results between December 2024 and April 2025 which achieved a 19% response rate (502 responses). The Friends and Family Test carried out in June 2025 received 97 responses from the 320 surveys sent out. Responses were largely positive, with feedback including that patients received an efficient and professional service, clinical staff were knowledgeable and informative, and patients were able to receive an appointment at short notice.

Evidence, not a league table.
CQC findings and GP Patient Survey results answer different questions and may cover different time periods. Neither confirms current appointment availability, NHS acceptance, opening hours or whether a provider is suitable for you.
Check the provider’s own website and the complete official CQC record before making a decision. If you need urgent medical help, use NHS 111 or call 999 in an emergency.
Independent lookup: Check My GP is not affiliated with the CQC, NHS or this provider. Providers cannot pay to change their rating or position. CQC data is reused under the Open Government Licence; GP Patient Survey results are published by NHS England and Ipsos.
