Assessment dated 8 May 2025. Published 15 October 2025.

What CQC reported

The service is performing well and meeting our expectations.

People’s experience

The practice encouraged and used feedback from people who used the service to make improvements. Both verbal and written complaints were investigated and used to drive improvement. Although feedback from the National GP Patient Survey was mixed, scoring slightly lower than the local or national averages in some areas, people who used the service were also invited to provide feedback directly to CQC. We reviewed this feedback, and patients gave positive responses regarding their overall satisfaction. The results showed that patients felt listened to, treated with kindness, care and concern and had confidence and trust in the healthcare professionals. The Friends and Family Test data for August 2025 showed that 88% of patients rated their overall experience of the service as ‘good or very good’. There was an active Patient Participation Group (PPG) that represented the views of people using the service. They felt engaged with the practice and listened too.

Evidence, not a league table.

CQC findings and GP Patient Survey results answer different questions and may cover different time periods. Neither confirms current appointment availability, NHS acceptance, opening hours or whether a provider is suitable for you.

Check the provider’s own website and the complete official CQC record before making a decision. If you need urgent medical help, use NHS 111 or call 999 in an emergency.
