The service is performing well and meeting our expectations.
People’s experience
People were positive about the quality of their care and treatment. There was an active Patient Participation Group (PPG) who represented the views of people using the service. Members of the PPG described how the provider had made positive changes from feedback, such as support for people who found the online booking system difficult to use. This was evidenced in recent survey results, including the National GP Patient Survey and the NHS Friends and Family Test, which showed that people were happy with the service they received. The results showed an increase in positive experiences accessing the service, compared to the previous year.
