People’s experience
People were positive about the quality of their experience of using The Medika Clinic. We received feedback about care and treatment from seven people who used the service. All provided positive comments about distinct aspects of the service. People stated they were well informed about what to expect from the treatments on offer. They explained that information about after care was easy to understand and reassuring, and they said the clinic was clean and comfortable. People also told us staff were professional, knowledgeable and friendly.
