On the day of our inspection, we saw patient feedback from a further 53 patients, who had left online reviews. Patient feedback provided a positive view of the dental team and care provided by the practice. Comments included: “[The dentist] and their amazing team are very welcoming and have always looked after me throughout my visits. The clinician is very professional and skilled at the work they do and always provide excellent service. I highly recommend Volition Smile for any dental work and practice is unique and thought through”. “I can honestly say I had the best dental experiences. From the moment I walked in, the team made me feel completely at ease… Highly recommended to anyone looking for a trustworthy and friendly dental practice.” Patients commented positively about the standards of cleanliness, “the clinic is modern, spotless, and welcoming”. Patients felt able to book appointments within an acceptable timescale for their needs and said they had enough time during their appointment without feeling rushed. “The dentist is not only highly skilled but also incredibly patient and thorough. He took the time to explain every step of my treatment and made sure I was comfortable throughout. You can really tell they care about their patients and take pride in their work…” Patients told us they were given clear information to help them make an informed choice about their treatment and any associated costs. They were involved in decisions about their care. Patients said when they were prescribed medicines, sufficient information was given. Patients told us that they were supported to maintain their oral health and were provided with appropriate information and resources. The practice shared patient feedback with the team. We were told this was reviewed and where suggestions had been made, appropriate action would be taken.

Evidence, not a league table.
CQC findings and GP Patient Survey results answer different questions and may cover different time periods. Neither confirms current appointment availability, NHS acceptance, opening hours or whether a provider is suitable for you.
Check the provider’s own website and the complete official CQC record before making a decision. If you need urgent medical help, use NHS 111 or call 999 in an emergency.
