The service is performing well and meeting our expectations.
People’s experience
Patients were positive about their care and treatment. The service had systems to request feedback routinely from all patients who attended the service. Feedback and complaints were used to improve services and procedures. The practice had monitored results from regular staff surveys and feedback we received identified staff felt supported and viewed the leadership positively. We reviewed feedback sent directly to the Care Quality Commission and patient feedback received by the provider. Staff and patients reported a positive experience of the service, including care and treatment provided by staff and effective clinical leadership. The latest Healthwatch report from December 2024 provided positive overall findings, particularly in relation to access waiting times and patient satisfaction with care and treatment. Patient suggestions for improvement included extending the service to allow diagnosis of issues that currently require patients to travel to hospital, improved signage within the premises and allowing walk-ins for illness as well as minor injury.
GP Patient Survey 2026
What registered patients reported
Practice-level results will appear when an ODS match is available.
No 2026 practice-level survey result is matched to this record yet. This can happen for non-GP services, closed or newly registered practices, or records without a matching NHS organisation code.
Survey percentages are weighted official statistics and describe the people who responded; they are not a Check My GP score or ranking. Results based on small numbers may be suppressed by the survey publisher.

Evidence, not a league table.
CQC findings and GP Patient Survey results answer different questions and may cover different time periods. Neither confirms current appointment availability, NHS acceptance, opening hours or whether a provider is suitable for you.
Check the provider’s own website and the complete official CQC record before making a decision. If you need urgent medical help, use NHS 111 or call 999 in an emergency.
Independent lookup: Check My GP is not affiliated with the CQC, NHS or this provider. Providers cannot pay to change their rating or position. CQC data is reused under the Open Government Licence; GP Patient Survey results are published by NHS England and Ipsos.
