The service is performing well and meeting our expectations.
People’s experience
People were generally positive about the quality of their care and treatment. Recent survey results, including those from the most recent National GP Patient Survey and the NHS Friends and Family test showed that people were mostly satisfied with the services offered. There was no patient participation group to represent the views of people using this specific service but there was a Primary Care Network (PCN) group within which this service was included. We did not speak to any representatives from that group. The practice was in the process of setting up a new patient participation group.
