People’s experience
Three weeks before our onsite assessment, we asked the practice to encourage patients to share their views of the service with us. We received feedback from 52 patients. On the day of our visit, we spoke with 1 patient. This response and additional patient feedback we reviewed provided a positive view of the dental team and care provided by the practice. Comments included, “Service was excellent, the treatment was carried out very well minimising the time in the chair all in all very good experience,” “The staff are very professional and friendly. I have always been treated with respect,” “Very good, friendly always inform you of plans and help you to want to improve your teeth,” and “Fantastic service, appointment on time as always, lovely environment, freshly renovated practice.” Patients commented positively about the standards of cleanliness. Patients felt able to book appointments within an acceptable timescale for their needs and said they had enough time during their appointment without feeling rushed.
Patients told us they were given clear information to help them make an informed choice about their treatment and any associated costs. They were involved in decisions about their care.
Patients told us that when they were prescribed medicines, sufficient information was given.
Patients told us that they were supported to maintain their oral health and were provided with appropriate information and resources.
The practice shared patient feedback with the team. We were told this was reviewed and where suggestions had been made, appropriate action would be taken.

Evidence, not a league table.
CQC findings and GP Patient Survey results answer different questions and may cover different time periods. Neither confirms current appointment availability, NHS acceptance, opening hours or whether a provider is suitable for you.
Check the provider’s own website and the complete official CQC record before making a decision. If you need urgent medical help, use NHS 111 or call 999 in an emergency.
