People’s experience
The national GP Patient Survey conducted between December 2024 and April 2025 received 125 responses. The results showed the practice was below the local and national average in several indicators in particular relating to patient’s experience of accessing the service. The provider highlighted more positive feedback from their Friends and Family Test (FFT) and Google reviews. While this internal feedback is noted, the national GP Patient Surveyis a validated, benchmarked tool designed to provide a representative picture of a practice's patient population. There was an active patient participation group (PPG) who represented the views of people using the service. A representative from the PPG described how the provider made positive changes because of feedback, such as implementing a new telephone system to improve patient access and their experience of contacting the service.

Evidence, not a league table.
CQC findings and GP Patient Survey results answer different questions and may cover different time periods. Neither confirms current appointment availability, NHS acceptance, opening hours or whether a provider is suitable for you.
Check the provider’s own website and the complete official CQC record before making a decision. If you need urgent medical help, use NHS 111 or call 999 in an emergency.
Independent lookup: Check My GP is not affiliated with the CQC, NHS or this provider. Providers cannot pay to change their rating or position. CQC data is reused under the Open Government Licence; GP Patient Survey results are published by NHS England and Ipsos.
