People’s experience

Two weeks before our on-site inspection, we asked the practice to encourage patients to share their views of the service with us. We did not receive any direct patient feedback. We reviewed online patient feedback. Overall, patients expressed high levels of satisfaction with the treatment they received. Comments included: “Excellent dental practice with modern facilities. My son had braces fitted at Smile Clinic North Leeds and the results and service have been fabulous. Thank you so much!”, “Absolutely amazing results from getting standard braces. All the staff here are always super friendly and accommodating. Braces were on for a matter of 12 months and the results are immaculate!”, “Really good experience, very professional service and always very friendly.”The practice shared patient feedback with the team. We were told this was reviewed and where suggestions for improvement had been made, appropriate action would be taken.

Evidence, not a league table.

CQC findings and GP Patient Survey results answer different questions and may cover different time periods. Neither confirms current appointment availability, NHS acceptance, opening hours or whether a provider is suitable for you.

Check the provider’s own website and the complete official CQC record before making a decision. If you need urgent medical help, use NHS 111 or call 999 in an emergency.
