People’s experience
Two weeks before our inspection, we asked the practice to encourage patients to share their views of the service with us. We reviewed patient feedback we received, and feedback routinely obtained by the practice. Comments included: “Fantastic from start to finish procedure. [Principal dentist] really lives up to the name very caring without doubt the best dentist I have been to.” “The service we receive is excellent, from all staff.” “I am always listened to, and any concerns are dealt with promptly.” “Staff are fantastic and treat me with dignity and respect. Cannot fault the team.” “Everything is as I would want it to be.” “[The dentist, hygienist and dental assistants] are excellent at their respective jobs and the ladies in reception have always been very professional and lovely.” Patients commented positively about the standards of cleanliness. “The practice is immaculate and the atmosphere is very welcoming,” “The practice is always spotless”. Patients felt able to book appointments within an acceptable timescale for their needs and said they had enough time during their appointment without feeling rushed. Patients told us they were given clear information to help them make an informed choice about their treatment and any associated costs. They were involved in decisions about their care. “All treatment options were clearly discussed and options given.” Patients said when they were prescribed medicines, sufficient information was given. The practice shared patient feedback with the team. We were told this was reviewed and where suggestions had been made, appropriate action would be taken.

Evidence, not a league table.
CQC findings and GP Patient Survey results answer different questions and may cover different time periods. Neither confirms current appointment availability, NHS acceptance, opening hours or whether a provider is suitable for you.
Check the provider’s own website and the complete official CQC record before making a decision. If you need urgent medical help, use NHS 111 or call 999 in an emergency.
Independent lookup: Check My GP is not affiliated with the CQC, NHS or this provider. Providers cannot pay to change their rating or position. CQC data is reused under the Open Government Licence; GP Patient Survey results are published by NHS England and Ipsos.
