People’s experience
People were positive about the quality of their care and treatment. Recent survey results, including from the National GP Patient Survey and the NHS Friends and Family Test, showed people were satisfied with services. For example, 95% of respondents from the 2025 National GP Patient Survey indicated they had confidence and trust in the healthcare professional they saw or spoke to in their last general practice appointment. 96% of respondents also felt their needs were met during their last general practice appointment. There was no active patient participation group (PPG) at the service. We spoke with previous members of the PPG and were told that the practice had been actively trying to promote PPG participation but had not been able to establish this as yet. The practice gathered patient views through multiple feedback channels, including the Friends and Family Test (FFT), iPlato surveys and Google reviews. In addition, locally initiated CollaboRATE surveys linked to the long-term condition pathway, designed to receive feedback from patients. Feedback was reviewed for themes, discussed at staff meetings and used to inform improvements around access, communication and care pathways.

Evidence, not a league table.
CQC findings and GP Patient Survey results answer different questions and may cover different time periods. Neither confirms current appointment availability, NHS acceptance, opening hours or whether a provider is suitable for you.
Check the provider’s own website and the complete official CQC record before making a decision. If you need urgent medical help, use NHS 111 or call 999 in an emergency.
Independent lookup: Check My GP is not affiliated with the CQC, NHS or this provider. Providers cannot pay to change their rating or position. CQC data is reused under the Open Government Licence; GP Patient Survey results are published by NHS England and Ipsos.
