People’s experience
On the day of our inspection, we saw patient feedback from 32 patients, who had completed paper feedback forms during the inspection day. We also reviewed feedback from 15 patients which was collected by the practice in October 2025. Patient feedback provided a positive view of the dental team and care provided by the practice. Comments included: “My family and friends have all joined the practice. The team, both administration and clinic are professional yet friendly.” “Really friendly dentist. Explained options for my treatment. Reception make it easy to book standard/emergency appointments. Helpful text and email reminders.” Patients commented positively about the standards of cleanliness. All 32 patient feedback forms we received stated they were happy with the cleanliness of the practice waiting area and agreed that the treatment rooms were clean, tidy and equipment looked to be in a good state of repair. Patients felt able to book appointments within an acceptable timescale for their needs and said they had enough time during their appointment without feeling rushed. Patients told us they were given clear information to help them make an informed choice about their treatment and any associated costs. They were involved in decisions about their care. Patients said when they were prescribed medicines, sufficient information was given. Patients told us that they were supported to maintain their oral health and were provided with appropriate information and resources. The practice shared patient feedback with the team. We were told this was reviewed and where suggestions had been made, appropriate action would be taken.

Evidence, not a league table.
CQC findings and GP Patient Survey results answer different questions and may cover different time periods. Neither confirms current appointment availability, NHS acceptance, opening hours or whether a provider is suitable for you.
Check the provider’s own website and the complete official CQC record before making a decision. If you need urgent medical help, use NHS 111 or call 999 in an emergency.
