The service is performing well and meeting our expectations.

People’s experience

People were positive about the quality of their care and treatment. Feedback sourced from the recent 2025 National GP Survey regarding access and people’s experience was higher compared to national averages. For example, 93% of responders said during their last appointment they were involved as much as they wanted to be in decisions about their care and treatment, compared to the national average of 91%. There was an active patient participation group (PPG) with 25 members who represented the views of people using the service. Representatives from the PPG described how leaders made positive changes because of feedback, such as using the PPG to assist with flu and covid clinics, writing newsletters and advising people of any key information. The PPG were also involved in the move to a new purpose-built premises and helped with the signage, colour schemes and furniture arrangement.

Evidence, not a league table.

CQC findings and GP Patient Survey results answer different questions and may cover different time periods. Neither confirms current appointment availability, NHS acceptance, opening hours or whether a provider is suitable for you.

Check the provider’s own website and the complete official CQC record before making a decision. If you need urgent medical help, use NHS 111 or call 999 in an emergency.
