People’s experience
People were positive about the care and treatment they received. Recent surveys showed people were pleased with the service.. They said they felt listened to, involved in their care and treated as individuals. Feedback from different sources such as patient feedback indicated staff explained things clearly, gave enough time in appointments, and made decisions together with people who used the service. This helped people understand their care and feel reassured. People reported they felt safe and confident because staff were professional and knowledgeable, they felt the environment was calm and clean, and it was easy to get an appointment with short waiting times.
