People’s experience

The provider encouraged and valued feedback from people who use the service, collecting it through verbal comments, suggestion boxes, electronic surveys, and online reviews. The findings showed positive feedback, with people expressing satisfaction with the quality of care and treatment received. Between January and November 2025, the service received 10 electronic feedback forms, all of which reflected positive experiences. Respondents praised staff’s professionalism, friendliness, and expertise. Feedback also showed people would recommend the service to family and friends, which was consistent with feedback sent directly to CQC. As part of the assessment, 7 people provided feedback to CQC, all highlighting they were satisfied with the overall experience, and staff were friendly, professional and knowledgeable.
