People’s experience
People were generally positive about the quality of their care and treatment. Recent survey results, including from the National GP Patient Survey and the NHS Friends and Family Test, showed people were satisfied with services. For example, results from the 2025 National GP Patient Survey showed that 78% of patients described their overall experience of the practice as good. This compared to a local average of 77% and a national average of 75%. Results from the latest NHS Friends and Family Test in January 2026 also showed generally high levels of satisfaction with 115 patients rating their experience of the practice as either very good or good, 10 rating it neither good nor poor, and 9 rating it very poor or poor. There was an active patient participation group (PPG) who represented the views of people using the service. A representative from the PPG described how the service worked actively with them, and made positive changes because of feedback, such as implementing refurbishment suggestions. Managers and staff were reported to be friendly and approachable.

Evidence, not a league table.
CQC findings and GP Patient Survey results answer different questions and may cover different time periods. Neither confirms current appointment availability, NHS acceptance, opening hours or whether a provider is suitable for you.
Check the provider’s own website and the complete official CQC record before making a decision. If you need urgent medical help, use NHS 111 or call 999 in an emergency.
Independent lookup: Check My GP is not affiliated with the CQC, NHS or this provider. Providers cannot pay to change their rating or position. CQC data is reused under the Open Government Licence; GP Patient Survey results are published by NHS England and Ipsos.
