People’s experience
Recent survey results, including from the national GP Patient Survey and the NHS Friends and Family Test showed people were satisfied with services. We received feedback from people who used the service through our own ‘Give Feedback on Care’ platform. People who used the service reported they appreciated the continuity of having a named GP and felt listened to during their interactions with the service. However, feedback also indicated using the eConsult platform could be time-consuming and booking appointments could be challenging. The service had an active Patient Participation Group (PPG), which represented the views of people using the service. PPG representatives described how leaders responded positively to feedback. For example, the service had introduced educational sessions to support people in using digital services, including the eConsult system and the newer eConsult Lite. Educational sessions were offered at different times of the day to accommodate varying needs. eConsult Lite enables people to contact the service by phone, allowing reception staff to complete the eConsult form on their behalf, improving accessibility for those who may find the digital platform challenging.

Evidence, not a league table.
CQC findings and GP Patient Survey results answer different questions and may cover different time periods. Neither confirms current appointment availability, NHS acceptance, opening hours or whether a provider is suitable for you.
Check the provider’s own website and the complete official CQC record before making a decision. If you need urgent medical help, use NHS 111 or call 999 in an emergency.
Independent lookup: Check My GP is not affiliated with the CQC, NHS or this provider. Providers cannot pay to change their rating or position. CQC data is reused under the Open Government Licence; GP Patient Survey results are published by NHS England and Ipsos.
