People’s experience
The clinic encouraged and sought feedback on the quality of clinical treatment people received. People were positive about the quality of their experience when accessing Happy Face Aesthetics services. The feedback highlighted a strong person-centred culture and understanding of people’s needs for treatment giving them time to decide whether they wanted to go ahead.
