What CQC reported

The service is performing well and meeting our expectations.

People’s experience

People were positive about the quality of their care and treatment. According to the National GP Patient Survey published in July 2026, 88% of respondents described their overall experience of the provider as good, compared with 80% across the Integrated Care System (ICS) and 77% nationally. Feedback from the NHS Friends and Family Test also indicated high levels of patient satisfaction. The provider had an active Patient Participation Group (PPG), whose members told us that leaders listened to feedback and acted on suggestions. For example, following patient feedback, the provider reviewed the seating available in the waiting area and introduced a wider range of seating options to better meet the needs and comfort of patients.

Evidence, not a league table.

CQC findings and GP Patient Survey results answer different questions and may cover different time periods. Neither confirms current appointment availability, NHS acceptance, opening hours or whether a provider is suitable for you.

Check the provider’s own website and the complete official CQC record before making a decision. If you need urgent medical help, use NHS 111 or call 999 in an emergency.
