People’s experience

Two weeks before our inspection, we asked the practice to encourage patients to share their views of the service with us. We received feedback from 23 patients and saw further feedback the practice received through patient satisfaction surveys and online reviews. Patient feedback provided a positive view of the dental team and care provided by the practice. Comments included “lovely friendly staff”, “everything runs on time” and “so kind and explained everything clearly”. Findings from patient feedback questionnaires demonstrated that people were positive about the standards of cleanliness. Patients responded positively that they were able to book appointments within an acceptable timescale for their needs, they were given clear information to help them make an informed choice about their treatment and any associated costs. The practice shared patient feedback with the team. We were told this was reviewed and where suggestions had been made, appropriate action would be taken.

Evidence, not a league table.

CQC findings and GP Patient Survey results answer different questions and may cover different time periods. Neither confirms current appointment availability, NHS acceptance, opening hours or whether a provider is suitable for you.

Check the provider’s own website and the complete official CQC record before making a decision. If you need urgent medical help, use NHS 111 or call 999 in an emergency.
