What CQC reported
The service is performing well and meeting our expectations.
People’s experience
We spoke with 5 carers about their experiences at the service. We also received written feedback from a further 7 carers. Carers were very positive about the service. Carers consistently reported that staff were kind, patient, non-judgemental and caring. They told us their children were supported in a child-friendly manner, with staff communicating at the child’s level and ensuring they felt comfortable during assessments. Carers reported that the assessment process was clear and well explained. Several carers highlighted the responsiveness of the service, for example, staff were quick to respond to queries or amend reports where required. The service collected feedback from their patients and carers via a survey. This could be accessed in paper form, or through scanning a QR code. Patients were also encouraged to review the service on the Trustpilot website. Feedback forms and reviews from patients and carers were very positive, with most of the feedback stating the service was 5 out of 5 stars.
