People’s experience
Prior to the inspection we reviewed all feedback available to us including online comments. Patient feedback provided a positive view of the dental team and care provided by the practice. Comments included “Explained thoroughly. Examination was detailed. Very friendly”, “Very helpful advice”, “5 star treatment all round”, “As always great practice I’ve been to many dentists and I wouldn’t go anywhere else amazing friendly team”. The practice shared patient feedback with the team. We were told this was reviewed and where suggestions had been made, appropriate action would be taken.
