People’s experience

The provider carried out regular patient feedback surveys. On the day of our inspection, we received patient feedback from 10 patients. We noted responses from patients all of which provided a wholly positive view of the dental team and care provided by the practice. Comments included, “Very grateful for the compassion and care I receive from this clinic.” Patients commented positively about the standards of cleanliness. We were told, “Everything is clean and very well maintained.” Patients felt able to book appointments within an acceptable timescale for their needs and said they had enough time during their appointment without feeling rushed. Patients told us they were given clear information to help them make an informed choice about their treatment and any associated costs. They were involved in decisions about their care. We were told, “I feel totally confident in all areas of my care and treatment.” Patients said when they were prescribed medicines, sufficient information was given. Patients told us that they were supported to maintain their oral health and were provided with appropriate information and resources. The practice shared patient feedback with the team. We were told this was reviewed and where suggestions had been made, appropriate action would be taken. We were told, “There are team meetings every month, for those who are unable to attend there is a practice social media group which is very active and very popular (with staff),” and “We have meetings monthly where we can discuss and address our concerns, our opinions are listened to and valued.”

Evidence, not a league table.

CQC findings and GP Patient Survey results answer different questions and may cover different time periods. Neither confirms current appointment availability, NHS acceptance, opening hours or whether a provider is suitable for you.

Check the provider’s own website and the complete official CQC record before making a decision. If you need urgent medical help, use NHS 111 or call 999 in an emergency.

Independent lookup: Check My GP is not affiliated with the CQC, NHS or this provider. Providers cannot pay to change their rating or position. CQC data is reused under the Open Government Licence; GP Patient Survey results are published by NHS England and Ipsos.
