People’s experience

People were positive about the quality of their care and treatment. Recent survey results, including from the National GP Patient Survey. For example, the GP Patient Survey, 2025, found that the practice performed comparably or better than local and/or national averages for a range of issues including, ease of contacting the practice by phone, contacting the practice via its website. For example, 71% of respondents found it easy to contact the practice using its website, compared to a local average of 58% (51% nationally) of patients who found it easy to contact their practice via the practice website. Eighty-five percent of patients found the reception and administration team helpful. This was comparable to the local average but above the national average of 83%. However, only 45% of patients found it easy to contact the practice via the NHS app, compared to a local average of 54% and the national average of 49%. The practice also received positive feedback from the NHS Friends and Family Survey, 96% (48 out of 50) of patients who responded to the survey found their overall experience of the practice to be very good or good.
