People’s experience
Two weeks before our visit, we asked the practice to encourage patients to share their views of the service with us. Their responses provided a positive view of the dental team and care provided by the practice. Ten comments were received and 100% of views expressed by patients were positive. Comments included: “Proud to give this recommendation. I have been with this practice a few years and have always received first class service.” “The receptionists are really friendly and approachable and make the experience relaxing when waiting for an appointment. The dentists are very professional and efficient that makes you know you're in good hands. Highly recommend choosing The Dental Hub.” “The practice is always super clean and they have a great range of times for appointments. Very happy with this practice!” “I couldn't rate the dental hub high enough.” The practice shared patient feedback with the team. We were told this was reviewed and where suggestions had been made, appropriate action would be taken. Staff gathered feedback from patients, the public and external partners and demonstrated a commitment to acting on feedback. The responses received indicated that patients were happy with their care, and our assessment found care met the expected standards.
